WE BUILT A PLAYHOUSE! Our clients knew exactly what they wanted with the space under the stairs and we made it happen.

This 900sqft finish added a large living room, bedroom with walk in closet, and full bathroom en suite. Behind the scenes, we relocated the furnace and water heater (behind the french doors) as the builder placed them smack in the middle of the room. Additionally, we trenched roughly 30ft of concrete to reroute our bathroom plumbing.
